POR-15 High Build Primer adheres well to steel, aluminium, stainless steel, brass, and other primed and painted surfaces.
POR-15 High Build Primer is highly resistant to penetrating topcoats, like lacquers, enamels, and two-component finishes. It sands very smoothly, as well.
